Jeanette is responsible for the direction and drive of the company. Her vision and clear-sighted leadership has seen Indeglås continue to expand, both geographically and by client base. Her drive has allowed the company to support clients through the design, supply and application of glass systems to some of the country’s most prestigious interiors with a Diploma in Interior Design from Edinburgh Napier University. Jeanette has over 33 years of experience in the interior design business, including setting-up, then masterminding the management buyout of Indeglås. She is also a Trustee of a local charity, and helps run a community interest company. Whether she is setting a strategic vision for the firm or supporting the design process of a client’s project, Jeanette’s leadership qualities are a hallmark of her reputation.

Iain has worked closely with designers and construction partners in a number of industries, from healthcare to higher education, always seeking the best balance between value for money and optimising the impact of design and style. Qualified in construction management, Iain is responsible for the commercial management of Indeglås. His pro-active outlook and proven business record underpins the Company’s development in today’s complex and fast moving marketplace. Iain is a highly effective facilitator, using his knowledge and enthusiasm to provide clients with a first class service. A committed family man, Iain’s weekends are spent at his other job: chauffeuring his children around a range of sporting and leisure activities.

Iain takes our clients through the commercial element of the interior design process. His acumen, gleaned from more than 25 years in the business, has stood many a client project in good stead by finding the best ‘bang for the client’s buck’.
Annette Keay
Accounts Manager
Annette is the beating financial heart of Indeglås, managing all finances, including client, subcontractor and supplier accounts. Having excellent working relationships with support agents, Annette keeps on top of all of our insurances, payroll, pension, banking, purchase and sales ledgers. A vital part of the Indeglås family, and an accomplished team player, Annette adds value and support to the operations and commercial Teams. An adept baker, Annette regularly delights the team with sweet treats of a deliciousness which defies description.
Stuart McLeod
Contracts Manager
Stuart is the friendly face of Indeglås, helping clients, property owners and developers bring real value to their projects. With more than 30 years experience, Stuart knows the interiors trade and knows how to streamline a complex interior project. He is living proof that commitment and teamwork will bring the best out of any development. A firm believer that today’s trainees are tomorrow’s experts, Stuart is heavily engaged with Indeglås’ growing number of apprentices. In his early career Stuart qualified within the City and Guild Advanced Craft skills and brings that experience to the training sessions he holds for our trainee installation teams. Stuart spends his weekends on Scotland’s many world class golf courses, working on his handicap.
